Returns Policy

Please read carefully. It is assumed that you have read and understood our returns policy before you place your order. With your cooperation, we will do our best to make your return go as smoothly as possible.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items based on manufacturer return policies. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. Please see the specific product information page for the actual return policy. The customer is entitled to the manufacturer's warranty and we make no additional or independent warranty. Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. For example, all toner, software, TVs, memory products, and certain manufacturers including Sony, IBM, and JVC cannot be returned or exchanged. For these products, you must contact the manufacturer for any defect or exchange claims.

Our Return Policies are as follows:

Unopened: If your item is unopened and factory-sealed, you may return your item to us for a refund of the current product price. For special order items have to apply 15% restocking fee.

Opened: If your item has been opened, but is not defective, you may return your item to us for a refund of the current product price less a 15% restocking fee.

Defective: If your item is defective, you have three options:

You may EXCHANGE your item for an IDENTICAL item at no cost,

You may EXCHANGE your item for a DIFFERENT item less a 15% restocking fee.

You may RETURN your item to us for a refund of the current product price less a 15% restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All return items must be received within 10 calander days after RMA issuing date.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on certain merchandise. Absolutely no returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date of the product.

Deliveries that are REFUSED and returned to A1 Computer Depot are subject to a 15% Handling Fee plus return shipment charges. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, containing ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories, software and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
